The American co-chairman of the OSCE Minsk group Robert Bradke said in Baku that the purpose of his visit to Azerbaijan was to return the missed opportunities over the issue of Karabakh through the talks with president Ilham Aliyev and foreign minister Elmar Mamediarov. He also said that the concrete date and format of the next meeting of the presidents would be clear after another meeting with all co-chairmen of the MG, which according to him will take place in Moscow on April 22. In answer to a question whether Armenia accepts the principles of Madrid the US co-chairman said there are common approaches over some issues but still several other issues have not been agreed yet.
