He does not agree

“I don’t think Serzh Sargsyan may sign the document suggested for the settlement of Karabakh conflict. Generally he should escape from signing any documents concerning the liberated lands. From this point of view I don’t agree with Levon Ter-Petrosyan,” said the coordinator of Defense of Liberated Lands initiative Zhirayr Sefilyan to tert.am when commenting on Levon Ter-Petrosyan’s opinion that Serzh Sargsyan will sign the document offered for Karabakh conflict settlement. In particular, on April 6 Levon Ter-Petrosyan said in his speech at the opposition’s demonstration, “Thus, Serzh Sargsyan is faced with a difficult or fatal alternative either to sign the agreement by causing the people’s anger, or deny it to win time by causing the anger of the international community resulting in anticipated negative things. Even though the result of the alternative will be the same, i.e. they will lose the power, I think Serzh Sargsyan will sign the agreement and will give to Azerbaijan the five regions on a plate.”
