“I think the exchange rate of dollar will grow up to 430-450 dram till May or June. Of course it is possible that the government may take loans not to let it happen. By the way, it won’t be the best solution as spending loans on resisting currency exchange rate changes is not a good solution,” said ex-PM Hrant Bagratyan to our newspaper when commenting on the recent raise of the US exchange rate.
