“There is an improvement in the process of negotiations of the relations between Armenia and Azerbaijan,” said Russian foreign minister Sergey Lavrov on Saturday. “We are trying to help the Armenia and Azeri parties to come to a common agreement,” said Lavrov in his speech at the security conference in Munich. “Certainly it is a very hard issue, but there are positive changes. Mutual understanding is growing, and the number of the issues to be agreed by the two presidents is less now, and we are trying to help,” said Sergey Lavrov.
