Georgian specialists who have joined Russian and Abkhazian specialists in evaluating the status of the Psou-Inguri section of the Georgian railroad have declared that the plan for reconstructing the Abkhazian part is ready. According to calculations, approximately $150 million will be needed for reconstruction. A special group of Russian, Georgian and Armenian representatives will be formed in order to implement the project.
