In the conditions of the world crisis the group of Tashir companies, which belongs to Armenian businessman Samvel Karapetyan based in Moscow, has performed more interest to the real estate market with lower prices in the result of the crisis and concluded the financial year of 2009 with financial growth. During 2009 the financial circulation of Tashir grew by 11% amounting to $1,5 bln. The entire capacity of the actives of the Tashir company has doubled. During the past year the company has enlarged the investment activities as well, as a result of which the capacity of retail sale centers belonging to the company grew from 8% to 20%. During the past year the company invested in opening new retail trade centers, specifically pharmacy stores, perfume stores and other shops. In 2009 the company also adopted new construction projects and bought devaluated actives.
