“This is going to be the first April 24th, where the decisions of Armenians will have minimum influence. Everything depends on what the US and Turkey will negotiate in order to resolve their issues,” said the former foreign affairs minister of Armenia Vardan Oskanyan during his interview to our reporter. This statement was made as a response to the questions regarding the resolution of the NKR conflict and rapprochement of Turkish-Armenian relations. “Turkey has already received this minimum. It was striving for the achievement of its goals regarding both the contents of the documents and the shifting of the whole process on its behalf. Now it’s trying to squeeze the maximum – the precondition regarding the NKR,” says Oskanyan.
