According to our information, on November 20 during the CIS intergovernmental bank session in Moscow the president of the Armenian Central Bank Artur Javadyan raised the issue of providing additional credit to Nairit Factory CJSC by the Intergovernmental Bank. As the countries of the intergovernmental bank (Russia, Kazakhstan, Ukraine, etc.) have refused to sponsor the Intergovernmental Bank, A. Javadyan has suggested 15 million dollars to be provided by Armenia with the conditions that this money will be given to the Nairit company as credit. We were not able to find out additional details about this information from the CB as Mr. Javadyan is not in Armenia now.
