According to our information during the election for the city of Stepanakert’s mayor’s position MP Karen Karapetyan backed the existing mayor Sargis Gharakeshishyan. This fact is interesting because the competitor of Mr. Gharakeshishyan, Artak Alexanyan was backed by “Rule of law” political party and by the RA president’s personnel head Artashes Tumanyan.
