“Karabakh is a part of the economy of Armenia”,-announced Arkadi Ghukasyan in “New Politics” newspaper. According to him, this was logical due to the geopolitical positions of both countries on the map. But this doesn’t mean that Karabakh doesn’t have its own opinion on different social and political issues connected with their relations with Armenia. “As for the two Armenian states, they already exist, though one of them is not recognized yet”,- said Arkadi Ghukasyan.
