The third department of the Human Rights European Court has accepted the suite of “Bjni mineral water factory” CJSC and the Sukiasyans against the Republic of Armenia. The mentioned case is registered under the following number: N 41340/09. On July 24, 2009, the “Bjni mineral water factory” CJSC and the Sukiasyans brought a case against the Republic of Armenia in the Human Rights European Court. The complaints are requesting to issue a decree to make the Republic of Armenia to compensate 220 million Euro against their loss.
