“The authorities provided 18 million USD from the fund money to reconstruct 18 schools. They need maximum 500-600 K USD to build and furnish a new school. They will provide 1.200.000 USD for one school reconstruction. Now you can see where the money goes”, – said MP Smbat Ajvazyan confused. Answering to our question about what was happening with that money he said: “The money is being stolen by Robert Kocharyan and by corrupted state officers”.
