He said yes

While the Turkish parliament does not want to ratify the protocols, and one cannot find any new details about the process wither, there should be a new topic of discussions in the society. The ritual of granting a title of honorable member of the academy of sciences and medal after Mantashov, the speech of the religious chapter leader Navasard Kchoyan dedicated to that ritual (who was very sincere like the other people as well), who praised the tycoon for church building, cannot be a good topic of public discussions either. Such praising of an oligarch cannot be a topic of public discussions because there is some fear connected with this person. Even the president of the country does not have the braveness to be surprised at this ritual and praising.

The panic of pig flu cannot be a good topic of discussion as it was in Ukraine. In Armenia no one believes that the pig flu may take his life away.

The recent announcement of a candidate in the 10 precinct, actor Vladimir Kostanyan, who petitioned his competitors to withdraw their candidacies in order to let Nicol Pashinyan run for MP, was not serious either and cannot be a good topic of discussion.

The speech of Ter-Petrosyan, who found some old terms to make it more beautiful, came to save the situation and he told about how Yeghiazar Ayntapetsi became Catholicos. The Dashnaks understood the hint because it was a message to president Serzh Sargsyan for cooperating with them. The opposition loyalists were happy to hear new terms and they asked who their leader meant; the incumbent president or himself?

Some political powers are looking for words between the lines of the first president’s speech, and even some parties refused to comment and said they would come up with a statement later. This is not serious at all. In fact there is no rational action and everyone is busy with commenting the words of others.

The characteristic of his speech is that his words are for aesthetics and are not followed by actions. Such speeches are also good for lazy politicians who prefer not to do anything and discuss the political situation in restaurants and cafes. Now they are busy with looking for contradictions in Ter-Petrosyan’s speech. Everyone has the right to have an independent opinion, but after this speech people have to follow his ideas. If he decided to forgive Serzh Sargsyan’s illegitimacy, he could keep it in secret and not tell people about that. What does it mean to “forgive for the sake of state interests?” This is the opinion of the ANC’s leader, but a lot of people are listening to him and accepting it as a good point.

Analysts believe that if Ter-Petrosyan cooperates with Serzh Sargsyan, people will lose the opposition. The problem is that in our country both the government and opposition tend to a virtual mission. It seems they exist but they don’t show signs because the sign of existence is the action. They are doing it in an understandable manner and with concrete words.
