As we have already informed the Nairit CJSC in the person of its director Vahan Melkonyan is appealing at the court the 875 decision of the government made in 2000, by demanding the actives of the state Nairit and monetary compensation in the amount of 380 million USD. Currently this issue is being discussed in the Court of Cassation and according to our information the plaintiff by being sure that the suit will be satisfied made the demanded amount of money 1 billion AMD instead of 380 million USD. The next court session is scheduled on Monday.
