“The economic policy implemented in Armenia is very dangerous for our economy. I think that the political elite of the country does not relate to this danger seriously. Everyone is discussing the issue of Karabakh conflict meanwhile the economic situation is getting worse,” says political scientist Yervand Bozoyan. He thinks that the reason of such bad economic situation is not the international crisis only. “I think that mostly it is about the activities of the government. And this situation does not get an adequate answer in the political sector,” he said. Scientist of Eastern studies David Hovhannisyan does not think either that the government’s policy is adequate. “If everything was good, there would be a result. As a citizen I don’t feel that result,” he said.
