Time to “skip” lecture

The top officials of Armenia like it very much to speak about the legal state, rule of law, necessity of political culture and other similar high categories. Moreover, the more these categories are violated in Armenia the more they speak about them. For example, yesterday the deputy-minister of finances of the RA Vardan Aramyan literally stated that the government didn’t predict that the impact of the global crisis would be so tremendous on Armenia. What do you think would happen if such a statement was made in a democratic and legal state with a political culture? Yes, the government would resign. The fact that the top official from the government admits that the government didn’t predict the influence it means that the government worked badly and wasn’t able to withstand the consequences of the recession. It means that they carried out their duties in an improper manner, for the conduct of which they are paid by the Armenian citizens. This means that the citizens have the right and should replace the government. These simple things are similarly logical and boring as the lectures of the Armenian premier Tigran Sargsyan during the government sessions. Due to this the Armenian government holds various soviet-like meetings, sessions and consultations. And if the lectures of Sargsyan are nothing more than just PR actions than the governments change is not subject to realization as the government wasn’t formed with methods and traditions, which Tigran Sargsyan likes to mention in his lectures.
