Yesterday in the penitentiary of Noubarashen member of the youth wing of the Armenian National Congress Tigran Arakelyan’s health state drastically deteriorated. According to our information he went faint twice and according to the doctors had neural seizures. Let us recall that he was arrested during the distribution of the leaflets announcing about the last rally of the ANC. He has had a conflict with the policemen. According to certain information his health conditions deteriorated because of the powerful hits on his head on part of the policemen.
