“The legal authorities have probably recorded all the insults and other offensive words aimed at General Manvel Grigoryan by his rivals during his pre-election campaigns and/or interviews with the media. I believe that certain measures will be taken in order to fight against that because it is just disrespectful to play around with the general,” said Daniel Gevorgyan, who is the potential representative of the mayor candidate for Etchmiadzin Gagik Avagyan.
