The Azeri foreign minister Edward Mamediarov has been invited to the US but the dates of the visit are not clear yet. This information was provided yesterday by Terry Davidson, the spokesperson of the US Embassy in Azerbaijan. He also said that the Azeri foreign minister would also have a meeting with the US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton. The radio Liberty informs that according to their sources of information from diplomatic missions, in the near future the Armenian foreign minister Edward Nalbandyan will leave for the US for the purpose of having a meeting with Hillary Clinton as well. According to the same information, the foreign minister of Armenia and the US State Secretary will discuss the issue of the Armenian-Turkish relations. To note, on Monday Nalbandyan and Clinton had a phone conversation, where they discussed the Armenian-Turkish relations as well, and Clinton said that the agreement on a roadmap of developing relations between these two countries is a historical improvement.
