It took less than a week to get convinced that the fact of turning to opposition of the Armenian Revolutionary Federation was just another show on the threshold of mayoral elections, which simply overlapped with the process of negotiations of Armenia and Turkey. Yesterday from the name of the governing coalition the chairman of the National Assembly of RA Hovik Abrahamyan convinced the Dashnak MPs to recall their resignations from the standing committees of the NA and continue working with the coalition. As a response to that the ARF with similar passion declared that this could be the “expression of the implemented reforms” and didn’t exclude the possibility that they may recall their resignation appeals and keep cooperating with the government as many of the opposition parties do in developed countries. Not only did the ARF refuse that suggestion but also set to discuss it in the framework of the hence “oppositional” Supreme Body of the party and their decision will be publicized today.
