Mamikon Tonoyan, head of the Ceremonial Services Department of the staff of President of Armenia, died in a car accident. The accident took place on the morning of October 16th near the “Bellagio” restaurant located on Miasnikyan street. Mamikon Tonoyan crashed his personal “Reno” car (state license 30UU100) with the “Gas-31” car (state license 65LO737). He died immediately from major physical injuries. His wife was also in the car with him. Fortunately, she has only received some minor injuries and has been transferred to the Saint Grigor Lusavorich hospital in Yerevan. “168 hours” condoles with Mamikon Tonoyan’s relatives.
