Last week the government adopted a decision at a session and in order to make it easy to understand the foolishness of the decision we are writing the entire text. “The executive body has allocated 97.16 mln dram from the reserve funds to the staff to organize a world historical sailing through the historical places of Armenia. The head of the government administration has been instructed to grant the money to Armenians and Sea NGO.” In other words, the government believes that Armenia has so successfully overcome the first wave of the crisis that it can provide more than 320 thousand dollar for such “pleasure”, which will definitely be led by the great master of historical sailing Zori Balayan with his ship.
