“The settlement of the conflict of Karabakh may happen this year,” announced Goran Lennmarker, the special representative of the OSCE on the issue of Nagorno Karabakh during his visit to Baku. The latter visited Baku from Tbilisi on Thursday. The representative of the Parliamentary Assembly of OSCE said that the settlement of Karabakh conflict will solve a number of problems in the relations between the two countries. “In the settlement of the conflict it is possible to reach a balance between state sovereignty and the right of nations’ self-determination because both the mentioned principles are very important,” said Lennmarker.
