“There is a good opportunity of settling the conflict of Karabakh during this year, but the parties don’t have much time and they should use this opportunity,” announced PACE special representative on Karabakh issue Goran Lenmarker, who will visit the South Caucasus countries during next week. He will visit Armenia on February 10-12, and on February 12-14 he will visit Azerbaijan. He will meet with the heads of the parliaments, governments, as well as civic sector representatives of the South Caucasus countries. “I hope that the results of my visit will be positive signs on the path to the peaceful settlement of Karabakh conflict,” said Lenmarker, who expressed a will before the visit to meet also with the parliamentary and non-parliamentary political powers.
