Recently, Minister of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation and colonel-general Rashid Nurgaliev visited Armenia and during that time something unusual happened. According to our well-informed sources, the head of RA police department Haik Harutiunyan and the head of organized crime board Ashot Grigoryan wanted to give their respected guest a lioness as a present. After searching for a long time, they finally found the lioness in the “private zoo” belonging to Gagik Tsarukyan. But when they wanted to take that present to Russia the tie around the lioness’s neck pressed so hard that the lioness suffocated. Now the head of the RA police officer and the head of the 6-th organized crime board are searching for a new lion to present to the head of RF Internal Affairs. We advise Gagik Tsarukyan not to present a lion any more. We Armenians have no success with elephants, and the Russians with lions.
