These “Jeep” and “Mercedes-Benz” model cars belong to the deputy head of the RA police department of Erebuni and Noubarashen communities, Major Mher Avagyan. His cars were in our interest because both of them have the same number: “05oo500”. This is prohibited by RA legislation. According to Article 123 of the RA code about administrative law violations, “it is forbidden to drive cars without a license plate, as well as with spurious or replaced numbers”. Otherwise the law defines penalty. But this doesn’t concern this officer. After all, Mher Avagyan (who was born in Aparan) is backed by the RA general prosecutor Aghvan Hovsepyan. Besides that, as this major often says, “I am a cop-oligarch. Why not?
