The state commission on protection of economic competition has numerously adopted punishment against MP Samvel Alexanyan’s companies (Flitfood, Nataly Pharm, Salex Group, Salex Grig companies) for offering fake goods and products. However, such punishments have always been very small compared to the super-profit received from selling such fake goods. Furthermore, as the MP is under the umbrella of the authorities and is backed well, he continues selling fake products and getting super-incomes on the account of ordinary citizens. The authorities have always ignored his crimes. Samvel Alexanyan especially likes to produce fake Russian vodka brands. Currently his Yerevan City super-markets are selling fake Russian vodka brands such as “Juravl”, “Zelenaya Metka”, “Moroz”, which are the fake versions of Russian vodka brands produced by Crystal company of Moscow. By the way, the fake bottle of Juravli vodka is sold at 850 dram while the price of the real one is 2800. The prices of the other brands differ much too. Very often consumers buy the fake vodka because the distinguishing marks are the same and they dispute the brands. Samvel Alexanyan sells the bad quality vodka of Lous Astx in fake bottled brands. According to our information, Samvel Alexanyan buys bottles from people who collect bottles in streets, as well as from restaurants. Furthermore, people say that often he gives vodka to homeless people to bring him empty bottles. It is worth mentioning that the distinguishing marks and design of the mentioned brands are very like the original ones (as defined by the law, it is a violation and consumers can easily dispute the fake products with the original ones) and it is impossible to differ the real and fake products at first glance. The taste of the fake producer is seen only on the bottle because the picture on the Russian original vodka has bread and lard, but Samvel Alexanyan prefers cucumber with bread instead of lard.
