Yesterday the director general of Bjni factory of mineral water L. Harutiunyan stated that the Service of Enforcement of Court Judgments makes breaches in the procedure of putting out the property of the factory to an electronic auction. In particular, the Service hides from the Company what property will be sold out and how much it was assessed. The company has not been provided with a copy of the record of assessment of its property. How can the company protect itself then, the director general asks? The director general asks the service how the issue of liabilities of the company should be solved when the Company owes 1.5 billion drams to the Sukiasyan family, 200 million drams to the bank and 500 million drams to the staff, suppliers, etc. The director general urges the service of enforcement of court judgments not to make breaches; otherwise they will harm the Company, the Company’s shareholders, creditors, and possible buyers and requests the copy of the assessment record. “Meanwhile provide me with a copy of assessment record,” the statement runs.
