Who ordered?

24/12/2008

Yesterday people were informed the name of the person who ordered snipers to shoot during the events of March 1 (according to the government, he is the only person that ordered to shoot). During the recent session of the ad hoc commission in charge of investigating the events of March 1 former commander of the internal forces of the Police Grigor Grigoryan said that on March 1 he ordered snipers to shoot at one of the strikers. According to the police, the mentioned striker is soldier of internal police forces Tigran Abgaryan. The mentioned session of the commission was close and journalists were told about this by commission members after the session. The head of the commission, Samvel Nikoyan said that according to Grigoryan, the sniper shoot only once and used only one bullet. In other words, it means that the authorities are confessing slowly. If you remember, at first they said that generally no weapons were used during the events of March 1, but after the opposition’s well-known film they confessed… They said that there were no specific commanders controlling the police operations that day, but later certain officials confessed that they controlled the police… There was no single word about any snipers until the opposition published Nikoyan’s interview. It is not excluded that if the opposition brings up new facts proving that there were more snipers, some other people may take the responsibility and say that they were the ones who ordered. In a word, everything is clear with March 1, the only thing that needs to be done is to punish the guilty people, who are confessing day by day, and those people who we know are guilty but have not confessed yet. By the way, it is not excluded the number of guilty people may be seven. In other words, the names of the 7 Case people should be replaced with the names of the real criminals and let Mnatsakan Martirosyan judge them.
