The lawyers of Republic party board member Smbat Ayvazyan pledge that the court resolution concerning their client is illegal and they will appeal it in all instances of the court. They say that they will appeal the mentioned resolution at the first instance court, and if it is not satisfied they will do anything to the extent of bringing it up at the European court.
