“I don’t like the situation that exists in Armenia now. We have many things to do to solve problems in the government system. In our countries issues are solved by personalities but not by the system yet,” said ombudsman Armen Harutyunyan to our correspondent when commenting on the international day of human rights. “The only plus in the country is that the system of governance is not totalitarian and we have serious democratic achievements,” said the ombudsman.
