OSCE Minsk Group American co-chairman Matthew Bryza complains that the co-chairs had been invited but were not allowed to take part in the meeting of the presidents of Armenia, Azerbaijan and Russia on Saturday. He says that it doesn’t comply with the policies of the OSCE Minsk Group. “It turns out that France and the US have not taken part in the process of preparing that declaration, thus it does not have so much significance,” said Bryza. By the way, Russian co-chairman Youri Merzlyakov refused to comment on this fact to Trend news agency.
