“The negotiations on the conflict of Nagorno Karabakh will be held according to a format 3+3. The meeting between the presidents of Armenia, Azerbaijan and Russia to take place in Moscow on November 2 will be held in participation of the OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs,” said the US co-chairman Matthew Bryza according to the information of Trend news agency of Azerbaijan. Yesterday the foreign affairs ministers of Armenia, Azerbaijan and Russia had a meeting in Moscow, who will meet with the Minsk Group co-chairmen today as well. By the way, the draft version of the Moscow meeting plan did not envisage the co-chairmen’s participation.
