War or coercion

“In my opinion the problem has only two solutions – either military or coercion of the peaceful resolution of the conflict on part of the international community just like what happened in Kosovo,” said Tigran Torosyan during the interview to our reporter. Mr. Torosyan doesn’t imagine a type of resolution, which would have all three of the parties agree on – Armenia, Azerbaijan and Nagorno Karabakh. “I am sure there can be no agreement. If we mean the agreement in the aspect of international law then Azerbaijan won’t agree,” added Torosyan.
