“ARF does not agree with any settlement of the Karabakh conflict where it is spoken about giving out any lands,” said ARF member Kiro Manoyan and added that in case if the settlement is delayed Armenia should recognize the independence of Karabakh to bring new quality changes into the region. The latter says that after the presidential election in Azerbaijan they showed that the settlement of the conflict depends on Aliyev’s wish and he is the one who can direct and instruct his team what to do. He says that Armenia, including all political powers of Armenia, should be more active and should address their problems and opinions concerning the recent changes in the region. The latter believes that it is very important to involve Karabakh in the process of settlement as a party to the conflict.
