“The conflict of Karabakh must be settled peacefully,” said the envoy of the NATO General Secretary in South Caucasus and Central Asia Robert Simons. He says that the conflict is the business of the two countries and should be settled by them, and the foreign powers can help them only with advices. Concerning Armenia’s relations with NATO he said that such relations are very important in the hard situation in the region. The latter said that the parties should put the cooperation development on the right rails and develop them.
