The establishment of the fact-finding committee on the events of March 1 continues being extended. Although the government has ordered to create such a commission months ago at present however it is not clear on what grounds it is going to be established. Will it be established on the basis of the legislation or President Serzh Sargsyan’s order? “In the near future president Sargsyan will release a decree on that, which will include the answers to all questions,” said president’s spokesman Samvel Farmanyan.
