It has been several weeks that the international community feels the affect of the economic crisis and hopes to overcome it in the near future. However everything is calm in Armenia and the world crisis has not affected Armenia’s economy yet. At first glance we should be happy for that, but the reason is not the fact that we have a diversified economy with risk reduction policies, but the fact that we almost don’t have any economy… Armenia now reminds a simple system of product circulation, which is almost fully isolated from the world economy and economic relations. We should not be proud of the fact that in parallel with other things we are missing the world crisis as well. It means that we have no links with the world economy. Our problem is not the world crisis, but the fact that we don’t have such crisis. Definitely this is the phenomenon, based on which prime-minister Tigran Sargsyan wants to build the economy.
