Our petrol has been sold to Georgians

06/09/2008

It turns out that during these days, when there is a crisis of petrol in Armenia, a part of the petrol intended for Armenia was used by Georgia. Such announcement has been made by the head of the Armenian-Georgian and Armenian-Russian business associations Volodya Badalyan. He says that our companies buy petrol to import to Armenia from the Poti port. This petrol is brought to that port by a Georgian private company. Because of the Georgian conflict crisis the mentioned private company sold 1000 tons out of 2800 tons of petrol to Georgian companies.
