To our question what the Armenian National Congress is going to do to “destroy” the state system, which has become “manageable” a member of the Congress, former Prime Minister of RA Hrant Bagratyan said yesterday, “First of all no one wishes to destroy anything. We wish to build a normal state and the Congress is able to do that. The first thing the Congress must do is to raise the level of “manageability”. Once we reach the process democracy will start to function properly here and we will have an opportunity to work positively.”
