He also sent the duplicates of the letter to the RA Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan, to the head of the Supervisory Service of the RA President Hovhannes Hovsepyan. In the letter he informed that the candidate of Arabkir community of Yerevan Albert Yeritsyan, who is nominated to run in the community elections, is making wide-spread violations. According to Khurshudyan their office received alerting information that the candidate’s proxy is collecting passport data from the residents of the community. “Besides that we were told that the employees of the hospitals and polyclinics of the community were instructed to provide a certain number of votes for Yeritsyan. Otherwise they were threatened to be fired. They were ordered to go door-to-door to the residents and collect their passport data. Considering the fact that the mentioned cases are stern violations of the Electoral Code and that the government formed through violations and falsifications is a direct threat to our national security we are requesting you to apply all the necessary powers you have to prevent such cases before and during the election of the community heads. We are also requesting you to reveal those cases and punish the culprits,” reads the letter.
