Yesterday the secretary of the Heritage Faction Stepan Safaryan made a new legislative recommendation by offering the NA chairman Tigran Torosyan to start to apply the newly amended law on assemblies, rallies and meetings. This decision was made by the Heritage on May 30 at the party board meeting, where it was decided to offer the NA to start to apply the newly amended law, which conforms to the requirements of the PACE resolution 1601 and 1609. “It is expected that the NA chairman will apply the newly amended law in the defined order,” reads the Heritage party statement.
