Yesterday the first instance court of Kentron and Nork-Marash communities of Yerevan sentenced Davit Matevosyan to a three-year imprisonment. The latter is a member of the Alternative Civil Movement and member of Ter-Petrosyan’s campaign. Matevosyan’s attorney Artavazd Parsadanyan stated that his client has appealed yesterday’s verdict in all the other courts of Armenia as well as the European Court. By the way, yesterday former member of the Karabakh committee Samvel Gevorgyan’s sentence was changed on bail.
