The head of the ad hoc commission on implementation of the recommendations of the PACE resolution on the activities of democratic institutions in Armenia, Hovik Abrahamyan, has told the radio Liberty that all the recommendations of the mentioned resolution are ready and have been presented to president Serzh Sargsyan. Member of the commission and the head of the NA standing commission on Euro-integration affairs Avet Adonts says that he has developed a draft of recommendations with his colleagues, including recommendations to set free the citizens who have been arrested because of political reasons. By the way, the members of the ad hoc commission established based on the president’s decree as of April 21 are the deputies of the foreign affairs and justice ministries, the prosecutor genera’s deputy, the heads of the public TV and Radio board, the national commission on TV and radio, the members of the Armenian delegation to the PACE. It is worth mentioning that the only oppositionist member of the mentioned ad hoc commission, Raffi Hovhannisyan, is not participating in the work of the commission. He has suggested Stepan Safaryan, the secretary of their party, to participate in the work of the commission but his suggestion was refused due to the fact that Safaryan is not a member of the Armenian delegation to the PACE.
