At the dawn of his position the former Prime Minister Anrdanik Margaryan stated that his government was continuing the policy of Hrant Bagratyan. Serzh Sargsyan principally continued the policy of his predecessor. Will the new Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan appointed by Serzh Sargsyan be the successor of Hrant Bagratyan’s policy? As a response to this question of our reporter the newly appointed Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan said, “I’d even go and further and say that we are continuing the policy of Vazgen Manukyan because Hrant Bagratyan was a Minister in his cabinet and the main doctrine was outlined by Manukyan, which related to economic policy and liberal economy. In this regard I agree with the estimation of Andranik Margaryan, who was claming that this consistency exists because we all serve for one purpose and that is establishment of a liberal economy. In this regard we all think unanimously. Mr. Margaryan wished to signify Bagratyan’s role with one basic reason that Bagratyan had the chance to govern the government for a longer time than Manukyan. But the main ideologist was of course Manukyan.”
