On April 11 the reporters asked the deputy leader of the Legal State Party Mher Shahgeldyan who will replace Arthur Baghdasaryan as leader of the faction, and who will take up Arthur Baghdasaryan’s mandate in parliament. Mher Shahgeldyan said the work of the leader of the parliament faction is performed by the secretary of the faction Heghine Bisharyan. As to the mandate, the ninth on the ticket is Khachik Harutiunyan. “He is our party member. He has great organizational skills, is very principled and diligent. He doesn’t have any businesses.
