The official Baku is examining the procedure of the appointment and resignation of the co-chairmen of the Minks Group. This information was provided to the Trend news agency by the representative of Azerbaijan at the OSCE Fuad Ismailov. “It regards to our application to simplify the procedure of the appointment and resignation of the Minsk Group co-chairmen,” said Ismailov, who is Azerbaijan’s Ambassador to the OSCE. On Wednesday the Azerbaijani media disseminated information that Baku applied to the secretariat of OSCE in Vienna with a request to dissolve the Minsk Group. “I repeat one more time that the whole thing regards not the member states of the OSCE Minsk Group but the appointment and resignation of the co-chairmen of the Minsk Group. This is a quite different thing,” said Ismailov by denying the rumors that Azerbaijan is trying to dissolve the Minsk Group.
