On March 22 the first president of Armenia Levon Ter-Petrosyan again met with the EU Special Representative for the South Caucasus Peter Semneby and his delegation including the French ambassador to Armenia Serge Smessoff, the charge d’affaires of the delegation of the European Commission to Armenia Raul de Luzenberger, and Andrej Didenko, political adviser to Peter Semneby.
