The spokesman of the Constitutional Court has informed the Panorama news agency that presidential candidate Levon Ter-Petrosyan has not applied to the Constitutional Court. “Definitely during the rally someone rushed to say that they had applied instead of saying that they would apply. We haven’t received any applications or complaints from Ter-Petrosyan yet,” he said. He also said that candidate Tigran Karapetyan has submitted a compliant letter to the CC. To note, the CC is to bring a resolution on the decisions made based on the results of elections within ten days after receiving such proceeding application.
