According to “Moskovski Komsomolets” Russian newspaper dozens of underworld people (leaders of criminal informal organizations) have come to Armenia to take part in the events dedicated to the death anniversary of a bright representative of the criminal world “Svo Raf” (Rafael Baghdasaryan). Svo Raf died at the beginning of 90s at a prison hospital in Moscow. According to “Moskovski Komsomolets”, the mentioned representatives of the criminal world, most of whom are Armenians, have come to Armenia from CIS countries and other foreign countries. The newspaper writes that they are going not only respect the memory of Svo Raf, but also discuss which presidential candidate to endorse during the coming presidential election.
